The Star Trac Seated E-RB Recumbent will keep your workouts challenging with 20 levels of easily adjustable resistance. The Star Trac Seated E-RB Recumbent dashboard displays your workout data in a 16-character message window, with both dedicated and scrolling displays. It also comes pre-wired for the E Series Personal Viewing Screen entertainment system, which includes iPod integration, a USB connection, and a coaxial cable connection. To keep workouts fresh and challenging, the bike has 10 workout programs, including the Dynamic Heart Rate Control program, which adjusts the workout intensity based on your heart rate for interval training. Built for both comfort and ease of use, the bike features a walk-through design and an adjustable wrap-around seat, allowing users to easily change seat positions.
